The big day is here! I’m sure you’re nervous, stressed, and excited all at the same time! I’m here for you! I want to do everything in my power to help make the day easier for you. Weddings are my JAM and I try to make this as stress free and fun as humanly possible. When I roll in on your wedding day, it’ll be like greeting an old friend who you trust to make you look fabulous. I’ve got you girl. I make even the most camera shy couples look and feel radiant in front of my lens. Your wedding day will likely be dictated by a schedule to ensure things run smoothly. But no need to wear a watch, I got this. You’ll be able to soak in all the wedding day feels with your hubby without worrying about how much more time we have left for portraits or whether we need to be starting sunset photos soon because we’re losing light. Seriously, I’ve got you. All you need to do is JUST BE. I’ll ensure we capture every moment. I know how chaotic organizing family photos can be. I don’t want that for any of my couples so I have a method for ensuring we capture every family photo combination on my couples lists as quick as possible. I am also happy to be your bouncer when Aunt Debbie gets in your face 10 minutes before you walk down the aisle! I don't mind handling a sticky situation for you. I don't have to spend Thanksgiving with them! What I offer you is more than just wedding photos, I offer you the chance to be present/calm/relaxed/joyful on your wedding day because you know I’ve got your back.

All of my wedding packages include a complimentary engagement session as well. Below are the different services offered here at Caitlin Marie Photography with basic pricing shown. FAQ

Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm based in Cincinnati, OH and yes, I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to come because I love the way my vision unfolds, and meeting new people so that way I can give them photos that truly will last a lifetime!

When will we get our album?

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8-10 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share your favorites.

How many pictures will we receive?

I aim to deliver anywhere from 40-60 edited images per working hour (sometimes more). I always choose quality rather than quantity and I will choose the best and most significant photos to tell your love story. Each wedding is different, so giving an exact number isn't always easy.

Do you help with posing?

While I do pose my clients, I also strive to create a natural and fun environment so that way things don't feel awkward and weird. I may ask you to soar like an airplane or chase the groom, but rest assured the reactions from those prompts make some of the best photos!

How are we going to fit all of the must have photos into our busy wedding schedule?

I provide all of my clients timeline assistance by creating a photo itinerary to help plan out the picture portion of the day. That way, we have a base as to when we need to be dressed and ready by. This also ensures that we don't miss anything and that you get everything you could ask for!

Do you allow payment plans?

Yes! The initial booking only requires a small portion down. The rest of the balance is due the day of the wedding. You can make as many payments as needed leading up to the big day OR you can wait and pay the remaining balance the day of. I am here to work with you and all budgets of any size.
